Returns

 

We want you to feel confident buying from Amblewell. If something isn't right, contact us at support@amblewellco.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll help sort it out. Please don't ship anything back before reaching out, since return addresses vary by supplier.

 

Eligible returns: unused items in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

 

Damaged or incorrect items: let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

 

For hygiene reasons, items that directly contact skin (sock aids, dressing sticks, and similar) can't be returned once used, unless defective.

 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

 

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
